I’m reviewing CVs submited for a job opening. This is a job opening for a Solution Architect/Analyst, looking for someone with significant experience in the IT sector.

Here’s a piece of advise. Of course, if you have been in the industry for 20 or 30 years, your last job is most probably your bigest acheivement, and your first job seems insignificant compared to it. Please do not underestimate your first job!! Where you are now is important, but where you’ve been throughout your career might be as important, or even more important! Try and put more than a short sentence when it comes to describing your first job.

I’m reviewing CVs for a job opening. Advise to applicants: your first job might be as important as your last one, don’t undermine it.
